1. Listing Accuracy

Businesses listed on Prime Business Index are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

2. Paid Plans

Paid listing plans (Enhanced, Featured, and Partner) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Content Ownership

Prime Business Index retains rights to listing page content, blog posts, and spotlight articles created by our team. You retain ownership of any photos, logos, and business descriptions you submit to us.

4. Backlink Policy

Dofollow backlinks remain active as long as your listing is published on Prime Business Index. If your listing is removed (by your request or for policy violations), backlinks will be deactivated.

5. Prohibited Content

We do not list businesses involved in illegal activities, hate speech, adult content, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prime Business Index is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our directory or the performance of your website in search engine results.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Prime Business Index after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
